GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Preamble
   These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Online-Custom, headquartered in Andenne, registered under number 1017.356.289, and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") wishing to make a purchase on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").

By confirming their order, the Customer agrees to these GTC without reservation.

1. Products and Services
   The Site offers customizable items such as [clothing, accessories, decorative items, packaging, advertising, etc.]. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description and customization options (e.g., text, patterns, colors).

The images presented on the Site are non-contractual. Minor differences in color or rendering may occur due to screen settings or printing techniques.

1. Orders
   3.1 Customization
   The Customer is responsible for the information provided for customization. This includes text, images, or any other uploaded content. Online-Custom cannot be held responsible for input errors, spelling mistakes, or inappropriate choices.

3.2 Order Validation
The order is validated after:

- Full payment of the amount due. - Technical validation of the file or customization elements.

1. Prices and Payment
   4.1 Prices
   The prices indicated on the Site are in euros and include VAT. Delivery charges are stated separately before order validation.

4.2 Payment
Payment is made via the methods offered on the Site (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). Any order not paid within 7 days will be canceled.

   5.1 Delivery Times
   Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the requested customization and delivery location. They range from 7 to 21 working days, depending on product availability.

5.2 Delivery Address
The Customer must provide a complete and correct address. Online-Custom cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address.

5.3 Delays and Damages
In the event of a delay, loss, or damaged product, the Customer must contact customer service within 3 days after receipt.

1. Right of Withdrawal
   Under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or those made according to the Customer's specifications.

Thus, any confirmed order that is in production cannot be canceled or refunded, except in the case of proven non-compliance or product defects.

For non-customized products, the Customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the standard product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform Online-Custom with a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email).

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and complete. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

1. Warranties and Claims
   7.1 Product Compliance
   In case of non-compliance or proven defect, the Customer must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.

7.2 Exclusions
Damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

1. Intellectual Property
   The Customer guarantees that the elements provided for customization (images, logos, texts) do not infringe intellectual property rights or the rights of third parties. Online-Custom disclaims any responsibility in the event of a dispute concerning this matter.

   The information collected during the order process is used exclusively to process the order and improve the user experience. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   These GTC are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in legal proceedings. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Namur.
